COVID-19 Notice: Some packages may experience a 1-2 week shipping delay, as our logistics partners try to circumvent global lockdowns. 


Domestic (whitin the UAE) shipping will continue as normal FREE delivery. delays can occur due to 3rd party logistics.


We are temporarily unable to offer free shipping to certain locations. This is due to a lack of airline capacity and so we cannot ensure that your products will reach you in an acceptable time-frame. Express options are necessarily to ensure your delivery! 


Shipping times vary depending on location, but allow  If your item takes over 15 business days to arrive don't hesitate to contact us at we will confirm the status for you.

All orders will typically be dispatched within 1-3 business days from our warehouse and all orders will include tracking from dispatch to delivery. All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit. CliniqueSkinCare is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive your parcel in a timely manner and CliniqueSkinCare will assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel.  CliniqueSkinCare is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.
